Showcases will be held twice a year. The cost for a student to participate in the recitals is $50.00 per student. Students with more than one student in the house will be provided with a discounted rate.

Payment & Lesson Policy

• All lessons will be paid for at the first lesson of each month or quarterly. A discount will be given for those who would like to pay quarterly. First payment is due before or at the time of the first lesson/contract signing to ensure service and secure the date and time.

• Payments can be made if the form of cash, debit, credit card, check or money order (made out to LaTasha Dorsey). Payments can also be accepted online via square or pay pal. 

• Failure to make payments as agreed upon by both SavviCAPAS and the student, parent or legal guardian will result in the immediate termination of services. Failure to make payments on time will result in a $35.00 late fee.

• Full lessons - 55 minutes Quarter Lessons - 40 minutes Half lessons - 25 minutes. Lessons will begin promptly at the time agreed upon by both parties. The timer will begin at the designated time and will end at the conclusion of the scheduled time.

• In the event that a student will be late, it is required to give notice. Anything after 15 minutes without notice will be considered a no show with pay. 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, Emergency situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If sufficient notice has not been made the lesson will be paid for as having been taught. If sufficient notice has been made then the teacher will make up the lesson at the agreed upon time by both student and teacher within 30 days from the missed lesson.

• 2 consecutive missed lessons without notification will result in the immediate termination of services.

• If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson the student, parent or legal guardian will be notified and the lesson will be made up at the agreed upon time by both student and teacher within 30 days from the missed lesson.

• If a scheduled make up lesson is missed or is not made up within 30 days, a second one cannot be scheduled.

• Contracts will be renewed at the end of terms and at the beginning of each school year.

• Summer sessions are optional.

Student Requirements

• Be on time for all lessons

• Be prepared for all lessons with proper materials

• Practice at least 30 minutes to 1 hour daily

• Exercise at least 30 minutes to 1 hour 3-6 days a week (voice and acting)

• Drink no less than the agreed upon amount of water daily (voice)

• Develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle (voice and acting)

• Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night (voiceand acting)

• Keep a journal

• Be open minded and ready to have a GREAT TIME!!!
